Responsibilities
Supporting our customers and trading partners at home and abroad with technical issues
Independently performing repairs, including fault analysis and resolution
Managing repair orders autonomously, including administrative processing
Carrying out electrical installations, including the commissioning of inspection vehicles
Conducting vehicle handovers and acceptance tests at the factory, including operator training
Training service partners and creating/maintaining service documentation
Occasional travel for on-site service assignments both domestically and internationally
Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable field
Experience in servicing complex technical products and systems is an advantage
Enjoyment in working with customers and a professional demeanor
Self-reliant and meticulous working style with strong technical skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
